PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS

OVERVIEW

Before you list your item, you need to find out if your item is allowed on Lachoco and if the type of item is subject to certain restrictions to avoid potential issues with your listing. As a Lachoco member, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that advertising an item is legal according to your local laws. Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation

Limits on account privileges

Account suspension

Forfeit of fees

When policy violations occur, Lachoco will inform the member that a listing has been ended.

The following examples of prohibited and restricted items are designed to help explain the policy and should not be viewed as a complete list.

Counterfeit Currency and Stamps

Credit Cards

Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia

Firearms and Weapons

Government Related Items such as Documents, Uniforms, IDs, Licenses, etc.

Human Parts and Remains

Items Encouraging Illegal Activity

Lockpicking Devices

Lottery Tickets

Mailing Lists and Personal Information

Offensive Material

Political Memorabilia

Prohibited Services Suggesting Relationships, Intimate Contacts or Escort Services

Items Recalled by Manufacturers

Stolen Property and Property with Removed Serial Numbers

Items That Infringe Upon the Copyright, Trademark or Other Rights of Third Parties

Lachoco alone will exercise its judgment in deciding which listings are not permissible.

In case of any discrepancies, the English version version of this document will take precedence.
